While this may not seem like much (since I'm sure the Senate has to ratify it and may not), I'm sure it is huge to somebody living in Europe - and a huge change from Bush who appeared to be fostering another nuclear arms race. I couldn't stop smiling about that. People seem to have forgotten that we're a button press away from cinderhood.
